Monday Wrapup (184)

, by Kt Clapsadl

It's Monday! What Are You Reading, hosted by Book Journey, is where we gather to share what we have read this past week and what we plan to read this week. It is a great way to network with other bloggers, see some wonderful blogs, and put new titles on your reading list.

Reviews for the past week:

Uninvited by Sophie Jordan (Early Review)
"The idea that simply having a certain gene will cost you your freedom is absolutely horrifying, and this book gives what I would guess to be a pretty darn realistic outlook of exactly what could happen. UNINVITED is an enthralling and addictive read that is perfect for dystopian fans looking to be swept up in a really great book. It simply will not disappoint."

Falling Light by Thea Harrison (Early Review)
"I feel really guilty rating a Thea Harrison novel only at a two considering just how much I love her other books, but while I was able to finish this book it definitely wasn't easy at times. In the end, I don't regret seeing the duo-logy through due to the uniqueness, but in the end, Thea's Elder Races series largely outshines this one."

Kirsten's Book of the Week:

Fallout by James K. Decker (Review)
"If readers are looking for science fiction that asks complex questions and isn’t afraid to contemplate what humanity is worth, and how that should be measured against other species, Fallout will be right up their alley. "
