Once Upon a Time in Space by Heather Massey (Early Review)
Secrets of the Demon by Diana Rowland (Review)
Darkest Mercy by Melissa Marr (Review)

Once Upon a Time in Space is a sexy romp in well, space, recommended for fans of some major steaminess. Secrets of the Demon is the latest installment in the awesome Kara Gillian series. It ends with one heck of a shocking game changer that left me reeling and more than ready for the next installment. I can't wait to see what happens next. My last read was Darkest Mercy, the final installment in the Wicked Lovely series. The last book in any series is almost always bittersweet, but this one ended very well, with happily ever afters abound.

On Thursday, my Mom and I went to see Patricia Briggs. Squee! So exciting! She has an amazing personality and is so genuine. We got there early, but just in time because within 20 min of our arrival the place filled up crazy quick. So, I'm glad we didn't hit any more traffic than we did. Patricia did a reading and a short Q&A session. Even though I had already read the book, I still was sucked into the reading as she really made it come alive. I have also decided that Border's coffee shops make the BEST caramel lattes that I have ever had.. And I have had a lot of them over the years, so that is saying something ;)
